Design a custom shirt for your employees.
Uniforms are a vital part of many workplaces, providing both a sense of solidarity among coworkers and a visual cue for customers. Uniforms identify workers, so that the customer knows whom to ask for assistance. When you are just beginning a business, it is sometimes necessary to create your own company shirts and hats. While the idea can seem overwhelming, you can accomplish this right from the comfort of your own office.
Instructions
1. Use pen and paper to sketch out the design or logo that you would like to print on the hats and shirts. If they are going to be different, create two separate designs.
2. Scan the design or designs into the computer, using the computer scanner.
3. Save the designs to your computer desktop, where they can easily be found again, creating two separate files if you have two designs.
4. Choose the vendor that you would like to order your merchandise from. CafePress.com, SonicShack.com and Zazzle.com are all online vendors that allow you to create your own customizable apparel, including shirts and hats.
5. Select the type of shirt that you would like to customize and click, "Customize this product."
6. Upload your design for the shirts, using the design uploader tool.
7. Shift, stretch, center or edit your design on the shirt, using the "Design Editing" tool.
8. Enter your order for the number and array of sizes that you will need, once you are satisfied with the design.
9. Click "Proceed to add another product."
10. Choose the hat that you would like to customize.
11. Upload your design for the hats, using the design uploader tool.
12. Edit, shrink, crop or stretch your design with the "Design Editing Tool."
13. Enter your order for the number and array of sizes (if applicable) that you would like to purchase, once you are satisfied with your design.
14. Click "Proceed to Purchase."
15. Enter all of your billing and shipping information.
