Don't forget the following basic elements for your coffee and tea shop's website.
In today's digital age, most businesses maintain a website where customers can learn more about the store and possibly even order online. Coffee and tea retailers have many options for information to include on their store's website.
A Home for Your Website
Purchase a domain, which is a spot on the Internet for storing your webpage(s). Your Internet service provider (ISP) will give you instructions for setting up and editing your store's website, usually through a control panel. Choose a domain that corresponds with your type of business (including the words "coffee" and "tea" in particular).
The Ability to Shop Online
Add a shopping cart function to your website if you'd like your customers to have the option of ordering coffee and tea products online. If so, make sure to also include information about payment methods, shipping and handling, and your return policy.
Information About Your Shop
Write a short section, usually a couple of paragraphs, to include in an "About Us" link, giving a history of your coffee and tea business and possibly brief biographies about the owner(s) and staff members. You can explain how the business got started, your business philosophy, what types of coffee and tea products you carry and your goals for the future.
