Use Sakura Pens

Art pens and markers provide bold colors to works of art.

Sakura pens and markers allow artists to express their creativity in bold, living color. Other types of markers and pens that match the quality and precision of Sakura are Faber-Castell and Prism Colors. Even Sharpie brand has its own line of artistic pens and markers. These artist's supplies add striking accents to your crafts and works of art with ease of use and virtually no mess.

Instructions

1. Place your unfinished drawing before you. A pretty drawing example for bold color can be a scene of butterflies hovering of a bed of wildflowers. Something simple such as a single rose is another option.

2. Study the unfinished drawing before applying any color to it. Decide what kind of general scheme you want to achieve with the colors. Art pens and markers are very bold and bright, so visualize your drawing in its completion before moving forward.

3. Apply the first color as you see it in your mind. For example, a red marker can be used to fill in several parts of the unfinished drawing. Color all of the items in the drawing that need to be red before putting the marker or pen down.

4. Repeat Step 3 with different colors. This creates a drawing with blocks of color and blocks of uncolored drawing.

5. Color in the rest of the drawing with the needed colors to achieve the final image. Make any finishing touches with the art pens and markers to give it an attractive finish.
