The object of the game depends upon which of the two modes you are playing: casual or career. In casual mode your goal is to earn a certain amount of money, in the shortest time possible. In career mode you will need to finish a list of tasks, such as building, buying and selling and flipping houses, in a prescribed amount of time. Build-a-Lot was created by HipSoft, a video game development company in Washington state.

Jane's Realty is a Microsoft Windows based time-management style and puzzle computer game that puts you in the shoes of a real estate agent. Starring the same Jane that built the hotel empire and did so well in the fashion industry, Jane's Realty puts our heroine in charge of her husband's real estate business while he runs for mayor. As Jane, you are required to develop entire subdivisions, from purchasing the lots to building power stations and water towers.
